Biography
As the Assistant Director for the Center for Interdisciplinary Statistics Education and Research (CISER), much of my research is focused on establishing best practices for statistical analysis. Statistical practices in many fields of research lag far behind current statistical reporting approaches, so often “common practice” does not match “best practice” for answering research questions using statistics. In particular, my research goals are to provide and encourage use of accessible statistical tools that consider the size and context of statistical results.
